- Eight hour rental (3 hours for setup, 4 hours for event, 1 hour for breakdown)

- 60″ round tables, ivory linens, ivory cloth napkins, up to 150 upholstered chairs, several antique decorative tables, additional 6′ & 8′ tables with ivory linens, and Chiavari chair and cocktail table upgrades
- An exclusive two-hour portrait session before your wedding day
- One hour rehearsal before wedding day
- Raised stage

- Round centerpiece mirrors, gold and clear glass votives with LED tea lights, floating flameless votives, five wrought iron easels, and numerous wrought iron table easels
